Sugarpaste Module
- Learn how to coat a cake with marzipan and sugarpaste
- Sculpting & moulding with rice krispies treats
- How to add additional support when designing a multi tiered cake
- Learn how to make marble sugarpaste, modelling & carving in sugarpaste, sugarpaste figures, and life size baby bootee making
- Using different type of tools to make decorations such as Lace, Ruffles, Bows, Drapes, Fabric Flowers & Quilling Butterfly
- You will be working on 2 cakes that you will take home upon completion of the course

*The tuition fee includes Course Book, Diploma Certificate, and all materials.
*All tools to be used in the classroom are provided.
*All students will receive a course kit 1 and a course kit 2 which has most of the basic equipment upon completion of the course.
*This course has been carefully designed for the beginners and all levels.

Introduction to PME Professional Diploma Course:
- The course is divided into 3 completely separate modules, Sugar Flowers Module, Royal Icing & Piping Module, and Sugarpaste Module. Each module is a minimum of 25 hours duration. - A diploma certificate will be issued at the end of the course to those students who complete all the required techniques to a required standard.
- It is not essential to begin the diploma course with which module first or complete all three modules in a row unless you wish to be awarded the Masters Certificate.
- The Masters Certificate will only be awarded as and when all 3 Modules have been completed successfully.

糖膏之運用及技巧 Sugarpaste Module
- 糖膏及杏仁糕包裹蛋糕之技巧
- 可可米造型技巧
​- 製作多層蛋糕的支撐結構技巧
- 塑造雲石紋效果、糖膏雕刻、糖膏公仔裝飾及嬰兒鞋製作
- 利用不同的工具(如造型工具棒、浮雕印章、捲邊鉗及造型模具等...)製作各款裝飾,如蕾絲、裙邊、羅馬簾、絲帶玫瑰花、蝴蝶結、衍紙蝴蝶、裝飾花朶等
- 課程內將會完成兩個仿真蛋糕

英國PME證書課程簡介 :
- 這個證書課程共分3 部份,其餘兩個課程為 : 皇室糖霜之運用及技巧Royal Icing & Piping Module,糖花製作Sugar Flower Module,每1部份為25小時之課程。
- 完成每一個課程後可獲取英國PME所頒發之專業文憑 (Diploma) 一張。完成三個課程之人士,將可獲得Master Certificate一張。
- 學員可按個人需要報讀任何一個課程,不須按次序開始或限期完成所有3個課程。
- 所有學員均須完成每一個課程之所有內容,才可獲取證書。
