Get together with other women in various stages of pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum to share experiences, relax, and practice yoga in a safe and comfortable way! Yoga can be a part of your pregnancy experience - from start to finish. With an intention of a smooth transition from pregnancy to childbirth and motherhood, we'll practice yoga postures with safe modifications and find ease and comfort in the ever-changing mama body.
Meet the instructors:
Lily Comeau Chen is an experienced yoga teacher, having worked with prenatal populations for many years. She and her husband are now expecting their first child! She looks forward to sharing her yoga knowledge and her pregnancy experience with you.
Jill Lovato is a yoga teacher and the mama of two children, 8 and 6. She had an unexpected Cesarean section birth with her first child and went on to have a smooth and uncomplicated (and unmedicated) VBAC with her second child. Having experienced two very different childbirths, Jill is eager to share her yoga, birth, and motherhood experiences - physical, mental and emotional - with expecting women.
