Yoga is holistic practice that benefits kids in many ways, including helping to develop and refine physical coordination, master emotional regulation, and cultivate and bring forth individual creativity and intellectual gifts.
Join us for a week-long experience as we explore yoga on our mats: postures and breathing techniques; and yoga off the mat: how to be kind, compassionate, peaceful, empathetic, and hopeful in our world. Each day, we'll practice yoga and breathing techniques in a playful and supportive setting; work on expressing our own unique gifts through art and music; and notice how practicing yoga on and off the mat feels to us and the people around us. A snack will be provided each day. Children's may bring a closed-top water bottle and should wear comfortable clothing.
Thursday, June 14: we will spend the session at the Paul Smith Children's Village in Lions Park. Pick-up and drop-off for both sessions will be at the Children's Village.
