Join us for farm yoga on April 14th to benefit True North!
Instructor Michelle Townsend will lead us through a 90 minute all levels outdoor (weather permitting) yoga practice followed by a relaxing meditation and (optional)l social hour with snacks and beverages.
Unwind with new and old friends by the the warmth of the fire after class. Wine by the glass and kombucha from DrinKraft will also be available for purchase!
True North of Columbia's Mission Statement and goals:
--To provide a safe environment by educating, empowering and advocating for victims of domestic and sexual violence.
--The goal of True North is to provide victims with safe housing, advocacy and support. This may include the systematic arrest, prosecution and sentencing of abusers, effective civil protection via Ex Parte Order of Protection, counseling and education groups, systems coordination and cooperation via written protocols within and among community agencies, and participation by and accountability to the victim advocacy groups.
ALL LEVELS are welcome.
All you need to bring is your yoga mat, water bottle and your awesome self.
*this is a donation based class. Donation of $10 for a 90 minute class.
Option: Stay after the class and enjoy spring inspired beverages and snacks! Cost: $15
