Anxiety is the most common mental health condition in Australia. On average, 1 in 4 people – 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men – will experience anxiety. In this workshop you will learn simple and effective ways to help manage anxiety. The workshop includes breath work, basic meditation skills and information on essential oils that you can use to ease anxiety symptoms and attacks. Helping you to feel more relaxed and at ease.
