5 weeks to go to Ultra Trail Australia!
BLUE MOUNTAINS FITNESS is one of only a few companies with a National Parks and Wildlife ECO PASS licence to carry out run training on the Ultra Trail Australia course. We have been training runners to successfully complete the arduous UTA, formerly North Face for 7 years now.

This main part of this training run will start at Scenic World. And end at Queen Victoria Hospital, Kings Tableland Wentworth Falls. We will organise extra kilometres for those wanting them. Either a rep of Furbers, or add the start group loop. We'll come up with a plan to make the total k's for the run around 25-30km instead of the standard 22.

This run is based on the first leg of the UTA50 course. We will follow the UTA50 course from Scenic World, down Giant Stairs, to Leura Forest, up Leura stairs, along the Prince Henry Track to The Fairmont, to Wentworth Falls and along to Queen Victoria Hospital.

We will organize car shuttles for the day. We will send out information on this closer to race day.

We will be using this as a race day prep run and ask you to bring the UTA Mandatory gear.

The time taken to do this run will depend on which group you start with. We expect the slower group to take around 4 to 5.5 hours max and the faster group around 3.5 to 4 hours. We have many extra km variants if anyone want to get more time on feet/km in the bag before UTA!
