10 Bodies Series at Blue Sky Yoga
What are The 10 Bodies? Join Dev Shabad Kaur one Saturday a month, as we go into each of 10 Bodies in depth. Understanding our 10 Bodies and how each one can become out of balance, can help us become aware of our behaviors and habits and is a powerful tool that touches every area of our lives.
For March we will be focusing on our 3rd Body - the Positive Mind, and continuing on month by month. Your Positive Mind is your one of your three Mental Bodies and one the 5 aspects of the Self. It is is the second stage the thought process. The Positive Mind is also known as the Projective Mind. It's function is based in creativity and solutions. It also relates to boundaries. Come learn more about the Positive Mind and how to help balance it.
This workshop would be especially beneficial to those born in March, or on the 3rd. 12th, 21st or the 30th of any month, as this represents inherent challenges in this Body.
We will be doing a broad overview of all 3 Mental Bodies so if you missed the Negative and Positive Minds, join us for the Neutral Mind and get caught up!
