Come try BSC's free 2 week trial. This is for all ages, and all skill levels. We mix strength training with high intensity full body workouts. We can help you become more mobile, gain strength and improve your cardio. We've created an awesome environment to help you be consistent, have fun and meet new people. Each class is ran by a certified trainer who will take you through an already programmed class. They will teach you proper form to help you stay healthy and get the benefits of our gym faster. There are always modifications for movements that you are not able to do and you'll never be forced to do something that you physically can't do. Give us 2 weeks and we're confident you'll love it. If you have any questions or concerns please message us and we'll do our best to answer them. This could finally be the year that you're ready for summer. Oh, and it's always easier if you bring a friend!
