WHAT: Deadlifts & Donuts – MAX DL Day

This cycle we are working on the traditional deadlift and what better way to start Testing Week than with DL & Donuts. To be eligible for this event, athletes are required to attend at least 4 out of the 5 weeks (specifically Wednesdays) starting the week of 3/26.
Athletes will be grouped according to their previous 1RM or projected 1RM DL and prior sign-up on Wodify is required. DEADLINE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT IS THURSDAY, APRIL 26TH @ 8:00 PM.
Coffee will be provided and hangout post event is recommended ☺
FULL GYM SCHEDULE SATURDAY, APRIL 28TH
Open Gym: 8:30am-10:00am
DL & Donuts: 10:00am-12:00pm
Note: There is no CF Team WOD this day.
