This 6 week Stand Up Paddleboard progression class will be offered on Sunday evenings during spring, two different times to choose from.

We will start of exploring gentle yoga poses, working on becoming one with the board and focusing on balance and alignment. Each class we will progress into more standing poses, standing balancing poses, inversions, perhaps ending with arm balances!!

These 6 week progression classes are accessible to everyone who enjoys movement and wants to gain flexibility, strength and stamina. Sara's classes target your inner strength and will motivate you in a positive direction!
