This joyful workshop will highlight graceful and energetic dance inspired by classic Egyptian dance. Learn about the strength and beauty of body isolations, sequential movements, and dancing from your core. Combine a fun work out with heartfelt artistic expression as you discover new muscles and sentiments you didn’t even know you had!

We will begin and end with a companion vinyasa practice. Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle and come shimmy, sway, and stretch with us at Body Bliss Yoga!
