You are 'block booked' right through but, if given 24 hours notice, I will 'try' to accommodate a swap or missed classes.
Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise routine. Participants agree to take part in classes at their own risk.
Summer term payment must be received no later than noon on Sunday 15th April.
