Massage and Yin Yoga Combined #twicetherelaxation

Total blissout in a 2 hour Yin Yoga practice with Massage! Whether you are a yogi or not, you will benefit from the experience of deep stretching into the hips, shoulders, feet and legs combined with massage.

Massage Yoga is specifically designed for working into flexibility, relaxation and stress release, with the addition of massage. The style of the practice is based in Yin Yoga, with a focus on reclined postures so you can get the most out of the massage element of the class. All of our teachers have massage or adjusting training.

This is a fully immersive experience with essential oils, music, yoga props, and intelligent sequencing designed to give you a deeper awareness of your body and mind, all combined with intuitive touch. This provides the perfect setting for deep release and relaxation. The experience is all encompassing!

***Bookings are essential*** and will be closed 3 days prior to the workshop. This is to ensure we book the correct number of Massage Therapists/Adjustors for the session.

Wear loose comfortable clothing - a long sleeve cotton top and yoga pants are ideal.

Everything you will need for the workshop is provided.

Feel the Yin experience in your body!
Long static holds allowing time for the muscle tissue to soften, and then the work begins on the connective tissue. The massage element adds layers - it helps you to relax, it draws attention to where you are holding tension and encourages release, it can help increase flexibility with deeper focused massage. There is also an opportunity to work more deeply into parts of the body when you massage the target area in a stretch. The benefits can be felt in your body immediately after the practice.
