A 2-hour workshop designed to take you on a sensory journey using the power of essential oils combined with yoga.
High grade Young Living essential oils will be diffused throughout the yoga practise.
Structure of the workshop:
1hr 15 mins Yoga practise
Pranayama (breathing practise) with peppermint essential oil to open the airways
Yoga flow for strength and flexibility
Visualisation meditation
Deep relaxation
To end - 45 minute talk on essential oils benefits and uses.
Note: Essential oils can be purchased on the day if required.
