Find your way in Yoga class. Find your basic poses, postures, and flow and then reach beyond by learning the basics of inversion, backbends, arm balances and meditation.

Teacher: Megan Robinson w/Special guest teachers
Cost: $80 for all 5 sessions—90 minutes each
$25 per session for up to 4 sessions

Session 1: April 14—Sun Salutations and Chaturanga
Session 2: April 21—Standing & Balance Poses
Session 3: April 28—Inversions & Arm Balances
Session 4: May 12—Backbends
Session 4: May 19—Yin & Meditation
