Mindfulness is a psychological process of training the mind to bring the attention to the experience of the present moment using meditation techniques. These sessions will include meditation practice as well as short discussions on how to use mindfulness in all areas of life to lead a happier, successful and stress free life.
Joelle is an ERYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance instructor, certified personal trainer, Mindfulness facilitator, certified Neuro Linguistic Programming-NLP practitioner and Positive Psychology Life Coach from Canada. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching in the UAE for last 6 years. As a dedicated yogini and meditation practitioner, she wants to share her passion and the wonderful health benefits of yoga and meditation to help people.
