mollie will explain the techniques to ensure longevity in your practice, and to safely access inversions such as headstand (sirsasana), shoulder stand (sarvangasana) and handstand (adho mukha vrksasana).
this workshop is for the absolute beginner - advanced.
About the Facilitator :
Mollie Cox is the founder of Jala Yoga, a movement dedicated to reconnecting individuals to themselves, and in turn to the planet. She facilitates many events and regular classes around the Gold Coast, including the beautiful Boheme and Body. She has extensive experience in holding space for the psycho-emotional and energetic transformation that yoga initiates, as well as a thorough understanding of the Anatomy of the human body and the way it moves.
Molllie is a RYT-590 hour yoga teacher with 3.5 years teaching experience and 10 years of practice. She assists her teacher Yogacharya Lalit in teaching on a Yoga Teacher Training in India a couple of times a year. She is also a Qualified Body Work + Massage therapist with 9 years experience and an Environmental Activist/ Marine conservationist based in Burleigh Heads.
