The Black Studies reading group meets monthly on the first Saturday of the month at 4:30pm at Stirling Books & Brew. The Black Studies reading group covers historical and issue-related selections around African American history, current issues,and the problem of racism. Selections will include popular Black Studies books from goodreads.com at https://www.goodreads.com/shelf/show/black-studies.

O'Neal Warnsley of Albion will be moderating this reading group.

For discussion this month: "The Destruction of Black Civilization" by Chancellor Williams. Come and join the discussion even if you didn't get a chance to read the book! Or pick up the book available at Stirling Books & Brew and read as much as you can!
