Join us for this staple Boot Camp workout on Wednesday April 25, 2018 at 0600. Choose to do this workout with a partner or as an individual as intended. You will need a weight vest. This workout starts with a 1 mile weight vest run then enter the courage corner to perform 100 burpees, 100 squats, 100 push ups, 100 walking lunges, 100 crunches and 100 pick up and press (50/30) with a sandbag only to finish with another 1 mile weight vest run (40/20). Hooah!!!
