A Los Angeles native, King has performed in major concert halls throughout the US, Canada, Ireland, Spain, Hungary, Austria, France, and Poland. A recipient of numerous awards and prizes including the 2008 Jack Kent Cooke Award, Nicholas currently holds the distinction of being the first freshman to have ever won The Royal Conservatory of Music Glenn Gould School (RCM) Concerto Competition. King’s dedication to volunteering has inspired him to give his time and talent to numerous charitable organizations. He has continued to develop his philanthropic efforts as the founder and director of Art of Giving Back (AGB) –a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young classical musicians, giving back to the community and revitalizing classical music.
The second classical piano concert of the Festival will present works by Bach, Liszt, Rachmaninoff and Debussy. Castello di Borghese will again be the setting.
