Inspired by the Japanese Sakura, a sign of early Spring and revival, Chef Jenny Kang created the theme and the menu of April's supper club. "Cork and Cuisine" aims to pair exquisite wines from all over the world with some of the city's top culinary dishes prepared by our executive chef. Enjoy wine pairings by our sommelier and a presentation with Willow Park Wine & Spirits Fine Wine Director, Peter Smolarz.
