The ever so popular Climb+Yoga Day retreats are back!
The day starts outdoors with local climbing expert, Cat Gallagher leading a fun 3-hour rock climbing session, suitable for beginners wishing to have a go, through to intermediate climbers looking for some helpful advice and technique tips to climb on sandstone.
After an energising session of climbing, we will pause for a well-deserved lunch, where we will feast on healthy and delicious vegetarian refreshments , and sip delightful herbal teas courtesy of Pukka herbs.
After lunch, you will join Sandra Berlin for a 2-hour yoga workshop especially designed for rock climbers of all levels. The session will take place at Bowles Rocks’ beautiful chapel, where Sandra will guide you through concentration and relaxation techniques followed by an energising flow of standing poses and back arches. Ending with an introspective and soothing sequence of forward bends.
