Managing through difficult times
Sometimes everything in life seems to have either completely stalled or to be going in the wrong direction. This brings great mental and physical burdens as the anxiety of uncertainty and the fear of failure work in tandem. This often makes us feel depressed and frustrated and snuff out our happiness. Using techniques of resiliency, fact-based faith and understanding of life help us to maintain our positivity and to ride the tides of life without ever getting drowned.
Presenter: An experienced meditator and life coach who is also a qualified psychologist.
