Would you like to know how to skillfully use the forces of Life for better health? Join us at Breath+Oneness Sunday's in April starting April 8 for a three part series where we will explore practical skills in cooking, food and herb selection, self-care practices, and restorative practices.

How to use a simple 10-15 minute movement, breathing, and meditation practice for optimal health

Best supplements + herbs and why - based on personal use and general trends

How to use the Farmers Market and what to select and why - a seasonal choice education
How to determine what type of movement routine - Fast/slow? Hot/room temp? Flow/longer holds? Strength or Stamina?
Cooking Demo - Basic complete meals
Best supplements and herbs - based on personal use and general trends (cont. from class 1)
Personal assessment from Craig – bring intake forms and be ready for photos of your eyes and tongue if missed first class
Various simple health tests will be performed, and handouts on how to do at home will be given out - this week we look at lab work, face, tongue, eyes
A discussion building on Inner Alchemy Week 1 and adding how the outer and inner signs relate and the signs how to read where a person is at and what to do....

Sunday April 22nd
How to identify a few edible and medicinal "weeds" good for any condition in the body - this is a short plant walk and identification, and herbs will be brought in also
We will be having a Plant Meditation to learn to connect with plant perception and what they have to say
Our movement routine builds to how to blend various movement and yoga routines
Cooking Demo - Veggies & How to Make Tasty Sauces/Dressings
Medical Advocacy, how to use MD's, and indications for types of Alternative doctors as well as when NOT to see them. Also how to identify a good health professional.

This week we follow up and see what attendees noticed from previous classes - important feedback and follow up
A discussion on Alchemy and the more advanced work with how to know if "doing it right." Attendees will leave knowing how to know what are signs of truth and reality, and signs inner world is in delusion - this is the most important discussion of the three weeks. Practitioners will get alot out of this week as we go over subtle signs and subtle sciences.
