Join us for a two hour Yin Yoga Workshop where you will lean into the uncomfortable and then melt into sweetness. Yin. Is a practice of yoga where poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. We will add in aromatherapy to release emotions. This workshop will provide you with the chance to acknowledge what is uncomfortable in your life. It will open you up to recognize your fears or areas you are stuck. The Yoga Sutras tell us that everything that happens is for our enjoyment or enlightenment. Some things will be easier for your joy and some will be more challenging in order to awaken your experience. You can choose to then soften or simply be still with what is. We will end this beautiful day of healing with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra (a powerful meditation technique also known as “yogic sleep”).
