In this eight week series, we will learn about each of the chakras, how they affect our daily lives and what we can do to work on keeping our chakras in balance
Each week we will work on balancing each one of the seven chakras with an integration of all of the chakras on our last week
We will incorporate yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, crystals, essential oils, journaling, music and much more in this informative and interactive workshop
