Many people suffer from low back pain; it’s one of the most prevalent complaints I hear about as a yoga teacher. In this workshop, we’ll delve into some common reasons for pain & explore ways to help ease aches & tension for this hot spot.

This therapeutic workshop will include strength & stability exercises for the frontal spine, breath practices & myofascial release for the lower body. We’ll also cover some dos & don’ts that you can incorporate into your practice for years to come.
