Yoga Lab is an Intermediated/Advanced level class is for students who have practiced regularly for a least a year and have a strong foundation of alignment of poses, breath control and respect for personal limitations. The practice will be playful, yet grounded in traditional Hatha yoga. The focus for this class will be on inner exploration, moving deeper into poses, connecting the energetic body, and aligning with your highest self.
