Teacher Karen Lee is a certified yoga therapist and the owner of Breathing Time Yoga. She trained with Richard Miller in Yoga Nidra and uses it as part of her personal yoga practice. She is interested in sharing this practice with you at this time, due to the increased anxiety and stress that many people are feeling at this time.
