This class offers a structured progressive curriculum. Expect to learn more than you would in a standard open yoga class. This class welcomes everyone from beginners to long time yogis Nail down the basic foundations of yoga āsana practice, suitable for beginners, any student wishing to refine their practice, and those considering Yoga Teacher Training, who would like to activate the power of the breath in āsana practice.
