Slow Flow Yoga is a slow paced practice that takes you through a series of traditional postures while maintaining a deep healing breath. You will move fluidly through the traditional yoga postures including seated, standing, spinal twists, inversions, hip & hamstring openers, and abdominal strengtheners. Each student moves at their own pace, pushing and holding back whenever necessary, finding the edges to receive the benefits of the healing practice of yoga.
