Indian Inspired Barbecue

Price: £80 per person - for upto 4 people per class - also ideal for a group of family/ friends

Saturday morning from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm - 23 June (full) , 21 July (2 spaces available)

Type of class - this is designed for someone who loves hosting barbecues and would like to learn some unique Indian starter dishes that can be cooked on the barbecue and served with accompaniments such as chutneys and yogurt dips. The session will help them gain a good understanding of the spice blends used to marinate the dishes with.

Participants will learn to prepare traditional vegetarian paneer tikkas (a great option for the vegetarians, these are made with Indian cooking cheese, marinated in special spice blend along with peppers and onions), succulent non vegetarian chicken starters called Reshmi tikkas and hearty lamb mince kebabs marinated in a rich and delicious blend of spices and cooked on skewers. They will also learn to prepare accompaniments such as home made fresh coriander chutney, different yogurt flavoured dips and a special Indian naan bread called kathi roll that goes so well with the tikkas.
