Our Recovery Yoga class specializes not only on the physical body through yoga movement and stretch but also the mental state of your mind. This class aims to assist in the recovery and management of mind and body stress, contributed from your work environment, sport, past injuries and just general day to day mental and physical fatigue. We all live in such a fast paced, high tech world and we need to learn to be present with ourselves in mind and body. Sometimes injuries tend to hang around not only through lack of good physical management but also emotional stress... so let's address these issues and recover holistically.
