We have been extraordinarily lucky to get some amazing beers on their way to us from the Bruery and the Bruery Terreux! these guys specialise in experimental and barrel aged beers with almost half of their beers going into Oak to age.
We will have the following beers pouring from 6pm, and we cant wait!
Frucht: Raspberry (4.5%)
"We’re totally Frucht around here. In fact, we may just be filled to the brim, with excitement, that is. Our threshold is 250 BBLs, to be more precise. That’s the total capacity of each oak foeder at Bruery Terreux. One is dedicated exclusively to Frucht, our series of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from its fermentation in the large oak foeder vessel.
Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has raspberries added. Prost!"
So Happens its Tuesday (14.6%)
"Our infamous Black Tuesday® stout is named in honor of the great stock market crash of 1929. So Happens It’s Tuesday is similarly dark and delicious, but in a more affable format, reminding us that there is always a bit of good to be found within the bad. Things happen, life goes on. This beer can be enjoyed in all of those moments and seasons"
White Chocolate (16.6%)
"The primary component of our “White Oak” ale is a 100% barrel aged wheat wine that we affectionately refer to as “White Oak Sap.” Essentially a “summer” barley-wine style ale, but made with a wheat heavy grain base, White Oak Sap is aged in used bourbon barrels for nearly a year and comes out rich in flavors of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla. To compliment the already rich flavors of the beer, we’ve added cacao nibs and vanilla beans to give this beer the delicate flavor of white chocolate…hence the name!"
