Heifetz On Tour gets a “Welcome Home!” from its fans in Wolfeboro for its fifth annual homecoming concert in New Hampshire. Before coming to Staunton in 2012, the Institute established deep roots and experienced exponential growth in the picturesque Lake Winnipesaukee community, with its summer program located on the campus of Brewster Academy from 2002 to 2011.

This year’s program features two brilliant Heifetz alums – violinist June Lee, and cellist Noémie Raymond-Friset – joined by Heifetz faculty pianist Carlos Avila.

And even though the Heifetz Institute is no longer in New Hampshire, the Granite State continues to be in our hearts and minds! At last year’s concert, we unveiled a concert tribute to New Hampshire’s own Amy Cheney Beach, Wolfeboro (the original inspiration for organizing the Wolfeboro Friends of Music), which became a staple of our Heifetz On Tour concerts in 2016.
