Join Ida O'Donnell on the 2nd Monday of each month for an inspired meditation practice that guides through nature's sacred elements and aims to help you awaken your whole being. No Prior experience necessary. Advanced sign up is encouraged as space is limited.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of your being, including the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers (called the five koshas). Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, music and nature imagery, Yoga Nidra invites you to become aware of each layer of being without needing to change or fix anything.
