Did you know that when Jesus and the disciples were eating dinner the night before Jesus was betrayed they were actually enjoying their Passover Seder together?
Pastor Michael Baggett will be leading us through the evening as we integrate history, Old and New Testaments, Passover week and the ceremonial meal.
The Seder is a ceremonial meal performed by a community or by multiple generations of a family, retelling the story of the Israelites deliverance from slavery in Egypt.
Seders are a very special and meaningful during Passover week. We encourage your participation which will help you better understand the Bible, the traditions of Jesus’ day and the significance of remembering God’s work throughout history and in our lives.
NO CHARGE – All the ceremonial items and beverages will be provided. Please bring fresh fruit, veggies, or salad. A few of those broiled chickens you get for $5 at Safeway, Raley's or Winco would be great too.
