Lose Weight, Gain Body Confidence,, Feel Freedom and Love For Yourself....My approach is to look at the connection between the mind and the body and to give you life long tools to help create healthy eating habits and a positive mindset. My mantra is 'What the Mind Believes, The Body Conceives'.
About The Course
Aside from weight loss the ultimate goal is to start having a positive relationship with your own body & to feel more body confident. I use techniques based around acknowledging habits and emotional triggers and giving you tools to negotiate them with mindfulness, meditation, law of attraction and visualisation.
Each week the session will last around 1 hour and 15 minutes. You'll be given an eating plan to follow which is from a qualified nutritionist. Your weight loss will determined by your commitment to the program and also your starting weight.
The group will be no more than 5 people and I will be setting it up as an inclusive group so that everyone supports one another. We will have a private social media group throughout.
This course will run for 5 weeks with a total of 4 meetings on the dates below The final meeting is extended by 1 week to allow you time to process and explore the tools for a longer period on your own.
