During the morning we teach two meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (cultivation of loving-kindness). Our practices focus on developing calmness, integration, positive emotion, and insight into our human potential. They are tried and tested since the time of the Buddha and totally relevant to all of us wanting a worthwhile life here in the 21st century.
Full instruction is given, including how to find a comfortable way to sit. We also do walking meditation and there’s time to ask questions over a cuppa.
