Come and join us for a new monthly Sunday Yoga and Kirtan session at the Bristol Yoga Centre. You can do one or both.
The Yoga class starts from 6:00 - 7:15pm and the Kirtan session is from 7:30 - 8:30pm. Both sessions are taught by Arianna Palin.
Arianna's yoga class is slow, strong and uplifting flow, drawing on her training in Anusara Yoga. You can expect to work hard, breathe deep, and connect to your essence in your practise.
Kirtan is a simple yet powerful practice that opens the heart & frees the mind through simple, call & response, chanting. It's power is beyond words. During these gatherings, Arianna will share simple chants & spiritual songs, drawn mainly from the Yogic & Buddhist traditions, with other old favourites and maybe a few of her own songs thrown in.
First timers need not worry - these sessions will be friendly, informal and simple... there's not even any obligation to sing if you don't feel you want to!
Arianna trained as a classical pianist before becoming a yoga teacher and sound work therapist. Please contact her for more information on her classes!
