This gentle class focuses on reclaiming the body and forming a bond between baby, yoga, and community. We will flow through asana that incorporates baby and strengthens the core (from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head!). Modifications will be offered for those healing from a C-section, and anyone with specific needs. Open dialogue is encouraged. Each class will end with an extended rest to soothe and support the body and mind.
**Must be 5 weeks post vaginal delivery, or 6 weeks post-C-section to attend**
Check with your child's pediatrician before bringing your child to class.
Children may attend until they start crawling.
