British Columbia Mobility Opportunities Society (BCMOS) is celebrating 30 years of providing opportunities for people with disabilities to connect with nature.
We’re inviting 30 people with disabilities to enjoy a FREE long weekend in the pristine environment of Agur Lake Camp in the beautiful BC interior. We're offering three days and two nights: June 15-17; July 20-22; or August 17-19. (The weekend of July 20 – 22 will be devoted to children with disabilities and their families.)
Agur Lake Camp is a barrier-free environment, located in the mountains west of Summerland, BC. Accommodation is in fully-accessible cabins, equipped with adjustable beds and lifts, and bathrooms feature roll-in showers, roll-under sinks and grab bars. There are equipped kitchens.

We believe that being in nature is highly valuable to quality of life and challenges perceptions of our capabilities. To help make more accessible outdoor recreation possible please donate to BCMOS.
