"The Last One Standing" is a knockout, kit based circuit where is the objective is to be the last person remaining at the end!
Blues/Reds/Greens are to complete 4/6/8 reps at every station they reach. All exercises are to be completed in good form before continuing to the next station.
Every minute on the minute you will be given the command to sprint, you are then to complete one loop around the outside of the circuit and continue exactly where you left off.
(the sprint distance remains the same for all bib colours)
If you get overtaken at any point other than the sprint - you're out!
If you let the form slip on the exercises - you're out!
Infact, you're going to have a hard time staying in...
