To celebrate the 100th release of Body Attack we are going BIG!! Join us for a 'flash mob' style Body Attack class with 100 SPACES! Not only will we be bringing you an awesome Body Attack class but we will be running a FREE child drop off and FREE Teen Gym sessions, so you can come along and not have to worry about finding childcare for the event.

We have a stage where your intructors will be team teaching the class and we also have a taster session of GRIT... if you've never tried GRIT this is one you MUST book on to! GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

To start the day off we will also running a Body Balance class. This is deal for anyone and everyone, Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During Body Balance an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

For all classes we will be providing a free child drop off for children aged 2, up to (and including) 10, for those who are aged 11 - 15 we have free teen gym sessions running through the day as well.

As if all of this isn't enough we have a great Personal Training offer through the day as well. You can book a half an hour PT session with one out Personal Trainers for just £5! This must be booked in advanced.
