Using only his brush, colour and water, artist and author of the best seller Winning with Watercolour, Trevor Waugh, will demonstrate his beautifully loose, yet accurate, approach to painting flowers in watercolour in a masterclass designed to inspire you to get painting.
Trevor was born in 1952 and grew up in London. Trevor studied at The Slade School of Fine Art from 1970 -1974 (BA) under the guidance of Sir William Coldstream, Professor of The Slade at the time, Patrick George, Philip Sutton, David Hockney, Euan Uglow and Bernard Cohen. He obtained a distinction for his post-graduate certificate in illustration when he studied with Ernest Jones at Croydon College of Art 1978-1979. Trevor paints and exhibits at his Studio in Heywood, Wiltshire, UK as well as writing magazine articles and publishing videos on YouTube.
His book “Winning With Watercolour” has become a top-selling title and he followed this with further successful titles. Trevor is currently writing a book on painting roses in watercolour for Kew Gardens.
