Bay Area Holistic Lifestylers April Meeting
From Clutter to Clarity Part II with Suzanne Langford

“There’s too much stuff!!! But I can’t seem to let go.” Does that sound familiar? If so, you’re not alone. It’s not uncommon to start the de-cluttering process only to be waylaid by any one of a number of obstacles, not the least of which are those persnickety emotional attachments and the mental/emotional exhaustion of dealing with it all. You end up in that defeat-inducing cycle of approach and retreat...open closet, look around, touch things, close door, walk away. It can feel like you’re spinning your wheels! Suzanne Langford will share some no-spin action and insight strategies in Part II of our Clutter to Clarity discussion, all with the goal of helping us initiate a new pattern of success. Those who want to lighten the load will gain some new tools and motivation to “get ‘er done”!

Suzanne Langford is a Professional Home Organizer and the owner of Re-Vision It! LLC. She’s a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and a NAPO Houston board member. Suzanne developed a love for helping adults set and reach their own goals for change during her years working with parents of children with communication challenges. That experience, along with helping several family members through life transition moves, led her to start Re-Vision It! She has a passion for motivating, teaching, and coaching people who want to overcome the organizing challenges that are getting in life’s way, especially by getting a new perspective on their space and stuff, and then applying simple, achievable, organizing principles.

Please RSVP if you are planning to attend. Out of respect for our speakers, I like to have at least 5 people in attendance at each meeting. If I receive less than that number of RSVPs, the meeting may be cancelled at the last minute. These meetings should respect the time investment for both the speaker and the attendees. Our meetings are usually free of charge, but occasionally we will request a “Love Donation” to help our speakers cover their travel and presentation expenses. This donation can be whatever you feel comfortable donating; it is just a courtesy and a thank you for the products that the speaker provides for us. Future meetings will be held the second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the front lounge at Brookdale Clear Lake Senior Living Center

Brookdale Clear Lake is located on Bay Area Blvd next to Zio’s restaurant. There is plenty of parking, but you may need to walk a little distance. You may park in the front parking lots. There are also 2 lots along the main drive approaching the center, Through one of these you also can access the back of Zio’s parking lot, where there is overflow parking available. We will meet in the front lounge which is to the right of office and courtyard. You may go directly to the lounge without checking into the office first.
