Develop whole-body health, discover pain relief, and improve overall wellbeing! Reestablish alignment, balance, and strength through simple movements designed to create more mobility, reduce tension, decrease pain/inflammation and build strength and stability. Aging is inevitable - aches and pains are not! Change the way you move, and you can immediately change the way you feel. Movements will be completed in socks or bare feet. $10 to attend.
