This six-week series designed by the National Council on Aging helps participants focus on ways to improve health and well-being. Those age 55 or older are welcome to attend. (Please note - no class on May 9).
Speakers will discuss tools and methods to help take the mystery out of transitioning into retirement. Topics of discussion include exercise and you, healthy eating and hydration, sleep, financial fitness, community engagement, healthy relationships, medication management, advance planning, fall prevention and more!
