Bruschetta on Crostini with Balsamic Reduction
Shrimp Bisque
Mesclun & Spinach Salad with Apples, Craisins & Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Beef Wellington with roasted garlic-parmesan Asparagus and Gratin Dauphinoise
and Strawberry Crepes Fitzgerald for dessert!
Each course is paired with Logan's View wine.
