Join us for a special afternoon tea for people who have been affected by cancer and their friends, family and whānau.
The Hope Afternoon Tea is free to attend. We welcome anyone with a personal experience of cancer, no matter where they are on their cancer journey. Tea, coffee and delicious treats will be provided.
The Hope Afternoon Tea marks the start of Cancer Society's Relay For Life, an amazing overnight event where teams of people take turns walking around a track for 18 hours. All guests of the afternoon tea are also invited to take part in the opening ceremony by leading the opening lap.
The Hope Afternoon Tea is a great chance to connect with other people in your community affected by cancer, and learn about the free support available to you and your whānau from the Cancer Society.
